Dr Cranney studied Medicine at the University of NSW & obtained his medical qualification in 1979. Dr Cranney was Deputy Director of Accident & Emergency at Gosford District Hospital from 1982 to 1989. He resigned from that position to open in General Practice in Toukley.


Visiting Medical Officer with Berkeley Vale Private Hospital since 1990 to present.

Dr Cranney has a strong interest in all areas of General Practice but especially Chronic Disease Management and skin cancer detection & treatment.

Dr Cranney also enjoys teaching students of all health disciplines.

Dr Shelley Bourne will be working at Mariners Medical commencing one day a week on Tuesdays from 1 October.


She enjoys all aspects of general practice and has interests in skin cancer management, women’s health, antenatal care, paediatrics, sexual health and family planning (including Implanon), indigenous health, aged care and emergency care.

Dr David Burcher has been practicing medicine since 1982. Dr Burcher relocated from our Tuggerah Lakes practice where he commenced in 1987.

Dr Burcher has a wide range of medical interests & is most interested in heart disease and lung complaints, especially Asthma.

He also has admitting rights at the Long Jetty Health Care Centre.

Dr Kemp has been caring for families across the Central Coast for over 30 years.  He has worked at both his own practice at Mangrove Mountain and the Wyoming Medical Centre & Skin Cancer Clinic.

He has a special interest in skin cancer, antenatal care and family medicine.

Dr Dhillon is a GP Registrar.  He completed his Bachelor of Medicine at The University of Newcastle and graduated in 2014.

Dr Dhillon has a wide range of medical interests, but is especially interested in developing a valued therapeutic relationship with his patients.
